When somone new joins bear, until they are tried out by one of the co learders of either squad, or by a captain they should wear the clan tag TRYO in a party with us so we can tell who they are
Just an idea....
This way we can tell who is new, and easily figure out how well they are doing, and quickly evaluate which team they should play on.
What do you guys think?

That is a good idea, but if they fail during the tryout, dont boot them to fast, they can play on team 2 or even later a three, with us recruiting faster well have 2 make a third so we need some matches for 2

i'd rather not just let people in that we dont want in...it's stupid, we arent hurting for members bullseye we can be a bit more picky
there is no point to just let people in like crazy
